Location: Hybrid in Tunis, Tunisia. Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate customers in North America.

What you will do

• Partner with strategic, high-profile global customers to drive product adoption and maximize their investment.
• Analyze customer data to provide actionable suggestions for increasing workflow automation.
• Guide customers on best practice processes and optimal system configuration.
• Inform clients about new feature releases and support them during test phases and go-live.
• Collaborate with global Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.
• Prior experience in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay domains.
• Experience working as a consultant or advisor in accounting.
• Must be based in Tunisia.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) is required; French fluency is a plus.
• Flexibility to work hours aligned with North American time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX/F&O, NAV/BC), or Infor M3.
• Proficiency with PowerBI or other reporting tools.
• Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
