What you will do

• Develop and optimize perpetuals/spot market-making strategies, including HFT and alpha generation.
• Build and deploy mid-frequency or ML-driven trading strategies with proven production performance.
• Design and scale systematic crypto trading strategies with a demonstrable edge.
• Manage inventory, risk, funding rates, and basis trading.
• Handle exchange connectivity and ensure low-latency execution.

Requirements

• Experience at strong crypto trading firms, market makers, or hedge funds.
• Proven track record as a quantitative researcher, trader, or developer with direct production exposure.
• Demonstrable evidence of building scalable strategies with $10m+ annual PnL.
• Crypto-native experience strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the Europe timezone/location.
