What you will do

  • Lead the content strategy for the Nordic region, tailoring global narratives to local market needs and commercial priorities.
  • Create original, high-quality content for social media, web, email, and video formats.
  • Own and manage hirify.global's global organic LinkedIn channel to build brand authority and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align content with business goals.
  • Monitor content performance data and regional market dynamics to optimize effectiveness.
  • Maintain high editorial standards aligned with the brand's tone of voice.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or editorial roles, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and channels.
  • Proven experience owning and growing a brand's organic LinkedIn presence.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Ability to balance central brand guidelines with specific regional market insights.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of SEO and website content performance.
