What you will do

• Lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and manage complex cloud environments on AWS, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
• Increase AWS infrastructure test coverage to 90% across multiple repositories.
• Perform code reviews and provide maintenance for GitHub repositories.
• Mentor junior team members and influence cross-functional teams.
• Tackle complex system performance issues and maintain reliability on an on-call basis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada with availability during 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.
• Extensive experience in DevOps with proficient coding skills in Python.
• Minimum four years of experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code.
• Deep expertise in AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Ansible).
• Experience delivering two or more infrastructure systems with automation and central configuration management.
• Exceptional English communication skills required for technical and stakeholder audiences.

• Advanced certifications in DevOps, AWS, or Kubernetes.
