Event Programs Manager (Developer Community)

What you will do

• Scale developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons on a global level.
• Coordinate community presence and side events around major industry conferences.
• Build and standardize playbooks and frameworks for community and ecosystem programs.
• Partner with DevRel, Marketing, and Sales to align events with product launches.
• Support the SupaSquad advocate network through community activations.
• Collaborate on logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to ensure strong attendee experiences.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, developer marketing, or community programs.
• Proven experience working with developer communities or technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with community-led growth or developer advocacy programs.
• Experience running ecosystem or partner-led event programs.
