What you will do

• Set global strategy for benefits program design, market positioning, and cost investment/containment.
• Establish benefits delivery cadence to ensure alignment, coaching, and support.
• Manage core supplier partnerships to ensure best-in-class service and timely delivery of all commitments.
• Enhance employee experience by improving awareness and ease of navigation for benefits programs.
• Harmonize and simplify benefits programs to enable consistency and market-aligned investment.
• Partner with country HRBP leaders to curate solutions for human capital needs.

Requirements

• Experience in a benefits-related role overseeing programs for multiple countries across regions.
• Experience working in a highly complex organization with collaboration across workstreams.
• Proven experience with employee communication and engagement campaigns.
• Supplier management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive, highly visible projects simultaneously.
• Ability to coach, manage, and lead a team.
