What you will do

• Manage operational HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other official HR documentation.
• Maintain digital personnel files and optimize the Personio HR system.
• Coordinate monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with an external provider.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR matters.
• Ensure full compliance with German labor law and data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or personnel management.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Personio.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law.
• German language skills at C1 level.
• English language skills at B2 level.
