TL;DR
CRM Support Executive (Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Provide frontline technical and non-technical support for Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and ACD telephony to end users, with an accent on troubleshooting, issue ownership, and continuous improvement of CRM usage. Focus on delivering training, maintaining data quality and security access, and supporting upgrades through acceptance testing and basic system configuration.

What you will do
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related business applications.
- Investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to specialist teams/external suppliers when needed.
- Support end users with requests and help enable a self-service model where appropriate.
- Maintain data quality and integrity, and manage security roles and profiles for user access control.
- Deliver training sessions, presentations, and guidance to users and support staff.
- Support testing, implementation, upgrades, and continuous improvement (including basic configuration and Power Automate flows).
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ideally Power Platform.
- Strong support and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders and delivering presentations or training to groups.
- Experience administering an IT system (ideally Dynamics 365/Power Platform), including user management and configuration/customisation.
- Ability to prioritise competing requests, work to tight deadlines, and be flexible to business needs (including potential evening/weekend working).
