TL;DR

Regular Python Developer (Python): Implementing, testing, and integrating customer requirements for Python-based applications used to calibrate, measure performance, and diagnose lithography machine parameters with an accent on concurrency, debugging, and reliable SDLC delivery. Focus on designing and reviewing software, securing code quality with static analysis and reviews, and installing/testing solutions on emulated or prototype lithography machines.

Location: Work closely with colleagues in Bulgaria and the Netherlands

What you will do

• Implement, test, and integrate customer requirements for lithography systems software.
• Create and review software design; implement design with unit tests.
• Ensure code quality via static code analysis tools and code reviews.
• Install and test the solution on emulated or prototype lithography machines; debug and fix issues in existing code.
• Maintain up-to-date, high-quality documentation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work in an agile environment and participate in Scrum rituals and client communication; mentor teammates and contribute to architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Python development experience and its ecosystems.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience with debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Valgrind).
• Experience with Git and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent English (written and verbal) is a must.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform development.
• Experience with MATLAB and/or C/C++.
• Background in numerical computing, signal processing, or scientific computing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
