About the Role

You will handle web design operations for our crypto investment business, media business, and new business initiatives, including international projects. You'll design across the full web domain for crypto-related services in Japan and abroad, develop long-term design direction for multiple B2C service websites, and create and deliver content in collaboration with marketers, engineers, and customer support teams. You'll also improve design, content, and functionality through data-driven analysis, keeping up with the latest web design trends and applying them in practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web design
• Skilled in designing with a strong focus on user experience
• Proficient in responsive design
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• 3+ years of experience in communication design
• Experienced in creating landing pages and banners
• Capable of proposing designs aligned with project objectives
• Strong knowledge of current web design trends and technologies
• Able to independently identify issues and suggest solutions
• Logical and structured in explaining design concepts
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Japanese: Fluent
• Team management experience
• Experience in managing design teams and overseeing project progress
• Skilled in utilizing tools such as heatmaps and access analytics to inform design decisions
• Coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Capable of building websites from scratch
• Familiar with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Understanding of marketing and SEO
• Hands-on experience in implementing animations and interactive elements (e.g., GSAP, Lottie)
• English: Business level
