Middle Data Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Define and implement data quality requirements and metrics aligned with business needs.
• Design data schemas and models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Onboard and integrate new data sources into the platform.
• Monitor production data quality through alerts, dashboards, and SLA tracking.
• Investigate and resolve data incidents across the full lifecycle.
• Expand automated data quality coverage and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or DataOps.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (completeness, accuracy, consistency).
• Experience with data pipelines (ETL, streaming, or batch).
• Proficiency with APIs, backend services, and Linux command line.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• English proficiency: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in finance, trading, or crypto markets.
• Experience with Python for automation.
• Familiarity with Kafka or streaming data pipelines.
• Experience with AI tools and data observability platforms.
