What you will do
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to product, monetization, marketing, and HR teams.
- Own GDPR and data protection compliance, including liaison with DPOs/regulators and policy updates.
- Draft and maintain EULAs, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policies.
- Negotiate and draft commercial and tech-transactional agreements, including publishing and ad monetization.
- Handle IP matters, trademarks, and copyright infringement enforcement.
- Advise on Apple App Store and Google Play policies and platform-specific compliance risks.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in tech, gaming, or digital media.
- Strong background in commercial/tech transactions, data protection, and IP.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters independently.
