What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end data science projects with a product-oriented mindset.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives and define technical requirements.
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions to demonstrate the value of analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into product offerings.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI/ML to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, LLM, or deep learning.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data science tools on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Deep understanding of NLP, generative AI, and LLM frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, distributed computing, or ML lifecycle management (MLFlow/wandb).
- Knowledge of web frameworks like Streamlit, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LLM agents.
- Domain expertise in international finance, healthcare, pharma, or meteorology.
