What you will do

• Lead production planning and daily execution for external art teams across multiple projects.
• Partner with art leads and cross-discipline stakeholders to align schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive effective collaboration with vendors through recurring syncs, milestone reviews, and risk tracking.
• Identify production risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain clear communication and accountability between internal teams and external partners.
• Champion production best practices and process consistency across internal and external workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of AAA production experience with a focus on external art teams or outsource vendors.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and track execution across distributed teams.
• Extensive experience supporting art development pipelines in AAA game environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern game engines and development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and disciplines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
