What you will do

• Maintain quality standards across characters, weapons, and vehicles created by a global team of artists.
• Mentor artists on established franchise workflows and industry best practices.
• Prioritize and assign tasks in alignment with Directors, Production, and Outsourcing Managers.
• Research and integrate the latest modeling techniques and industry standards into the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Tools, Engine, and Tech Art counterparts to develop new workflows and streamline efficiency.
• Provide constructive technical and visual feedback to both internal and external artists.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience creating realistic models for 3rd person games.
• 3+ years in a leadership position supervising artists to deliver high-quality assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Zbrush, Maya, Max, or Blender.
• Deep understanding of Physically Based Rendering (PBR) practices and photogrammetry.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, following an onsite schedule of five days per week.
