What you will do

• Execute workstation and peripheral deployments following established procedural requirements.
• Handle the receiving, reconditioning, and redeployment of used equipment.
• Manage new user setups and user terminations across all clients.
• Collaborate with the Workstation Deployment Manager to improve technical services and delivery.
• Collect and provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive service improvements.
• Maintain strict accountability for inventory and shipping processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support and imaging.
• Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and customizing Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting workstation hardware issues.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (7, 8.1, 10) and Windows Server.
• Experience with Apple OS.
• Experience with VMWare.
