What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engagement programs, including reward logic and CMS configuration.
• Design progression systems, status tiers, and competitive events to drive revenue and player engagement.
• Translate commercial objectives into detailed product specifications and user stories for Engineering teams.
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on impact on player conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Define success metrics and use A/B testing to continuously optimize engagement mechanics.
• Champion AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate research, analysis, and product delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of shipping features that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of monetization and engagement mechanics (VIP programs, loyalty systems).
• Ability to write clear, detailed product requirements that minimize technical ambiguity.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Quantum Metric.
• Must be based in: Gibraltar, Estonia, Georgia, Isle of Man, Malta, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
