What you will do

• Create original, engaging social media content covering events, attractions, and local stories in Milan and Rome.
• Manage the full video production lifecycle from ideation and planning to filming, editing, and publishing.
• Appear on camera as a presenter for interviews and audience-focused storytelling.
• Monitor content performance metrics to refine creative strategies and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to align content with platform goals.
• Stay current with social media trends and audience behaviors to optimize content reach.

Requirements

• Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in professional-quality scripted and unscripted video production.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating social media content creation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field.
• Confidence in scriptwriting and appearing on camera.
• Deep knowledge of Italian culture, customs, and local trends.
