Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Singapore; in-office, during office hours

Independent research and analysis firm focused on the semiconductor and AI industries, producing industry models, technical research, consulting, and technical due diligence.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and extend data models powering industry models, research, and consulting projects.
• Work with lead analysts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usefulness across multiple sources and formats.
• Maintain dashboards and APIs used by internal analysts and external clients.
• Integrate new datasets, tools, and infrastructure components into analytics systems.
• Build accurate, robust, observable, and modular solutions with a high level of autonomy.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver appropriately scoped data solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or an equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong experience developing ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Ability to take problems from definition through deployment with minimal oversight.
• Ability to work in-office in Singapore during office hours.
