Senior Security Architect (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Advise customers on building secure, Korea-compliant Data and AI architectures, ensuring strict localization and regional access controls.
• Bridge the gap between global cloud data architecture and South Korea's regulatory frameworks, specifically CSAP and K-FSI.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to scope security feature enhancements for the local market.
• Partner with Product Marketing to define Snowflake's security posture and Security DataLake workload pipelines.
• Develop security reference architectures, best practices, and hardening guides for customer audiences.
• Share security expertise via webinars, conferences, and internal industry communities.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of information security experience, with 5+ years focused on cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Korean CSPs).
• Native or professional business fluency in Korean is strictly required for regulatory filings and KISA/FSI communications.
• Professional-level English is required for collaboration with global HQ.
• Proven expertise in Korean regulatory frameworks: CSAP, K-FSI Safety Evaluation, and PIPA.
• Deep knowledge of IAM/RBAC, OAuth, identity governance, and cloud private networking (NAT, Firewalls, PrivateLink).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Global security credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISA) paired with official K-ISMS-P Lead Auditor credentials.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, APIs, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Prior experience implementing cloud security within Korean Manufacturing, Telco, or Financial Services verticals.
• Background in Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Infosec Auditing.
