Salesforce Program Architect

What you will do

• Lead and mentor project team members, including task allocation, technical guidance, and performance input.
• Define Salesforce architecture and development standards across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and declarative automation.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including scope, timelines, resourcing, and technical risk management.
• Translate complex business requirements into solution designs and guide implementation.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware.
• Establish code review, testing, release management, governance, and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise software or CRM development experience, including 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integration, Flows, and approval processes.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations end to end.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Application Architect or System Architect, and Administrator certifications.
• Business-level English communication skills required.

• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration strategy and tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Automotive industry project experience.
• Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
