What you will do

• Lead managers and scrum teams responsible for the development of AXIS and NEXUS systems.
• Execute strategic technology roadmaps, incorporating AI and automation to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Manage department budgets, resource capacity, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevOps and secure-by-design principles.
• Align technology services with business goals through close collaboration with IS Directors and Business Partners.
• Oversee production support processes and track adherence to defined KPIs and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in an operational role with specific experience in Transfer Agency and/or Workflows.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within IT or Operations.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and the practical application of AI in engineering.

• Experience within the mutual fund industry.
• Experience working with FundServ.
