What you will do

• Manage and follow up on security tickets related to Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
• Monitor security events and support incident investigations.
• Contribute to the administration and operation of Microsoft Security tools.
• Document activities, findings, and actions according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective delivery of security services.

Requirements

• Experience working with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender security solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection and Microsoft Intune.
• English proficiency at a B1 level required for international collaboration.
• Availability to work a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 42 hours/week).
