Salary: $37.98/hr - $47.48/hr (plus 10% annual bonus opportunity)

What you will do

• Perform calibration, verification, and adjustment of analytical and measurement equipment.
• Troubleshoot calibration failures and equipment malfunctions using systematic problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate calibration logs, certificates, and maintenance records in controlled systems.
• Support equipment qualification and validation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and work direction to junior technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in calibration, instrumentation, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and NIST traceability.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 17025, FDA, and GMP.
• Ability to analyze test results and contribute to technical documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
