What you will do

• Oversee daily exchange wallet operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and operational uptime.
• Coordinate and execute network upgrades, token events, and testing.
• Prepare monthly wallet balance and transaction reports for FSRA regulatory submission.
• Simplify and automate internal processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to implement safeguards and certifications.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or compliance.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies including EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
• Experience with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
• Knowledge of wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services, and custody models (MPC, HSM, KSM).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
