What you will do

• Lead the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex customer engagements.
• Develop milestone-driven roadmaps and Statements of Work (SOW) linked to business value.
• Implement formal Scope Governance and auditable change management processes.
• Manage commercial data integrity and bookings forecasts in SFDC.
• Perform deep technical discovery pre-signature to ensure product alignment.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to maintain a unified front.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Remote).
• 8-12 years of experience in field sales or services delivery within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud.
• Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
• Bachelor’s degree (min 8 years experience) or Master’s degree (min 6 years experience).
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting solutions for complex environments.
