What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
  • Resolve customer issues and process returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback and forward it to the relevant departments.
  • Keep customers informed regarding the status of their inquiries.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and Kazakh languages.
  • Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia for onsite work.
  • Ability to conduct professional and polite dialogues with customers.
  • Capacity to work with large volumes of information with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC, basic office programs, and experience with CRM systems.
