TL;DR

Strategy & Operations Manager (International Markets): Supporting strategic decision-making and project execution across global markets with an accent on financial modeling, investment analysis, and market research. Focus on designing scalable internal tools, automating performance reporting, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

Salary: €54,200 gross per annum

What you will do

  • Assist in building long-term financial models and managing the budgeting cycle for global markets.
  • Design and automate internal tools and dashboards for performance monitoring and investment tracking.
  • Analyze spending efficiency and propose data-driven reallocation strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and go-to-market evaluations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for cross-functional syncs.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from scoping and execution to impact measurement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of operational metrics and unit economics.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business actions.

  • Experience with Python.
