Boutique real estate development company working with private investors across Europe and the UK is looking for a Junior Business & Financial Analyst.
📍 Limassol, office, full-time
💶 Salary: €2,500 gross
🗓 Start: ASAP
What you'll do:
▪️ Support financial analysis and feasibility studies for development projects
▪️ Help build financial models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
▪️ Prepare ROI and profitability calculations
▪️ Create reports and presentations for management and investors
What we expect:
▪️ Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
▪️ 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, consulting, or banking (internships count)
▪️ Understanding of corporate finance basics: financial statements, NPV/IRR, ROI
▪️ Strong Excel skills
▪️ English: Upper-Intermediate
▪️ Russian: fluent
