What you will do
- Design and lead the migration of monolithic architectures to microservices or modular systems.
- Develop event-driven architectures and manage high-volume messaging using Kafka.
- Govern CI/CD pipelines at scale and define observability standards for distributed systems.
- Mentor engineering teams and influence technical decision-making across multiple squads.
- Ensure robust application and infrastructure security practices.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases in complex environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java (11+).
- Fluent Portuguese required for daily communication with public-sector stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with Scala.
- Strong background in system architecture and technical leadership.
