What you will do

• Design and lead the migration of monolithic architectures to microservices or modular systems.
• Develop event-driven architectures and manage high-volume messaging using Kafka.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines at scale and define observability standards for distributed systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and influence technical decision-making across multiple squads.
• Ensure robust application and infrastructure security practices.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases in complex environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Java (11+).
• Fluent Portuguese required for daily communication with public-sector stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with Scala.
• Strong background in system architecture and technical leadership.
