What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design lifecycle across multiple web and mobile products, from early concepts to production-ready interfaces.
• Design user flows, customer journeys, and modern digital interfaces in Figma (including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and interactive prototypes).
• Create casino and gaming UI for iGaming experiences (HUDs, bonus screens, menus, and interactive elements).
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design tokens, and structured UI libraries.
• Produce responsive layouts, prototypes, and developer-ready design documentation; ensure pixel-perfect implementation through feature reviews.
• Improve existing products using user feedback and analytics insights, and participate in product discovery and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Location: Based in the Netherlands.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
• Strong Figma expertise: Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, Design Tokens, and developer handoff workflows.
• Solid UX knowledge and user-centered design methodologies for digital product development.
• Proven experience designing responsive web applications across devices.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and clear documentation for engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, esports, crypto, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney) to enhance design workflows.
