What you will do

• Design and architect high-performance real-time streaming systems for trader-facing applications.
• Ingest, process, and distribute massive volumes of market data with extremely low latency.
• Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure accurate data delivery.
• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions for core trading platform components.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for code performance and maintainability.
• Operate and debug systems under real-time production load.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance-critical environments.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Rust for low-latency systems.
• Proven ability to architect real-time data pipelines and streaming systems.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, memory management, and lock-free designs.
• Experience with collocated or latency-sensitive environments.
• Ability to operate and support systems under real-time production load.

Nice to have

• Involvement in the Rust developer community.
• Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP, multicast).
• Familiarity with Linux internals and performance tuning.
