What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of consumer research projects from objective definition to final presentation.
  • Conduct deep-dive studies into consumer behavior, motivations, and barriers to entry in key markets.
  • Track brand performance against global competitors and provide strategic growth insights.
  • Source and manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality methodology and budget optimization.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Marketing and Regional teams, turning data into compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Consumer Insights or Market Research roles.
  • Expert knowledge of U&A studies, segmentation, creative testing, and brand tracking.
  • Proficiency in research platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with statistical packages such as SPSS or R.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Miro.
  • Experience creating dashboards from scratch.
