What you will do

  • Actively engage with the audience on social media and other platforms by replying to comments and requests.
  • Manage a team of volunteer helpers as part of the community management team.
  • Identify and forward bug reports to the development team.
  • Handle feedback professionally and friendly on store reviews.
  • Create engaging content, including writing post captions, news updates, and memes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with gaming communities and understanding their specifics.
  • Strong writing skills in Russian and English, as well as knowledge of current trends.
  • Ability to process bug reports and communicate them effectively to developers.
  • Self-sufficiency, with a solid grasp of community management and support principles.
