What you will do

• Supervise the Protection from Violence team, including performance management and daily operations.
• Represent the organization in internal and external coordination platforms and meetings.
• Develop and implement protection tools, action plans, and referral pathways.
• Manage project implementation, including budgeting, procurement tracking, and spending plans.
• Conduct needs assessments and context analysis in target areas, including border regions.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and facilitate community consultation processes.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Ukraine.
• Proven experience in humanitarian projects and working in complex, volatile contexts.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian and protection principles and international law.
• Demonstrated experience in coordination and liaising with external stakeholders.
• Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Deep knowledge of the local socio-cultural, political, and security context.
