What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for cross-functional teams including programmers, QA, and designers.
• Assist team leads with sprint planning and goal alignment.
• Manage release planning and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Diagnose existing development processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain dashboards and monitor process quality through data metrics.
• Escalate issues and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Google Sheets, and Miro.
• Proven experience in process diagnostics and working with development metrics.
• Ability to implement tools and automations within Jira.
• Genuine interest in game development and supporting creative teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Technical higher education degree.
