Location: Hybrid in Larnaca, Cyprus (2 days WFH). Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

What you will do
- Develop and optimize user interfaces across all company websites using React and Next.js.
- Lead, mentor, and support a sub-team of frontend developers through technical guidance and performance management.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) features to enhance SEO and performance.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate visual implementation and maintain branded consistency.
- Conduct code reviews and promote the use of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in front-end web development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical supervisory or coordinator role.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (C2).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling methodologies like Tailwind or SCSS.
- Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.
- Familiarity with headless CMS integration and SEO best practices for web apps.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows.
