What you will do

• Develop and optimize user interfaces across all company websites using React and Next.js.
• Lead, mentor, and support a sub-team of frontend developers through technical guidance and performance management.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) features to enhance SEO and performance.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate visual implementation and maintain branded consistency.
• Conduct code reviews and promote the use of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical supervisory or coordinator role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English (C2).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling methodologies like Tailwind or SCSS.
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.
• Familiarity with headless CMS integration and SEO best practices for web apps.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows.
