Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products in complex environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, strategic influence, and measurable impact.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to navigate ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, customer research, and experimentation.
• Experience mentoring designers and raising organizational capability.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their application in design.
