What you will do

• Lead and manage the supervisor team, including shift planning and ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.
• Define and maintain operational standards, SOPs, and quality checklists for the esports line.
• Onboard, train, and develop team members across Junior, Middle, and Senior grade levels.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and coordinate resolutions with Trading, Risk, and Product teams.
• Monitor competitor sites and manage match coverage schedules to ensure timely booking and lineup accuracy.
• Oversee system stability and ensure all match elements, including margins and widgets, are correctly configured.

Requirements

• Experience in a Trading Team Lead or Supervisor Team Lead role within a bookmaker or betting company.
• Strong knowledge of esports disciplines and the specifics of esports betting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Proven experience in people management, including onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stress management skills.
