What you will do

• Prepare complete tender submissions, including technical and commercial documentation, within strict deadlines.
• Analyze customer specifications and project requirements to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.
• Develop and standardize technical content for datasheets, specifications, and brochures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and product management to gather input for tenders.
• Create technical marketing materials and textual descriptions for B2B customers.
• Act as a technical interface during tender processes to provide internal and external clarification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Effective communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Strong technical affinity with District Heating and HVAC systems.
• Proven experience in technical writing and interpreting complex specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience with Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and District Heating applications.
• Proficiency in AI applications, specifically Microsoft Copilot.
• Additional European language skills, such as German or French.
• Experience in supporting product positioning or marketing activities.
