Focus on deploying network solutions, analyzing unfamiliar environments, and managing the full project lifecycle from technical planning to support transition.

Location: Onsite in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. Working Hours: 0900-1800 EST time

What you will do

• Implement and optimize network infrastructure using Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, and Ruckus solutions.
• Analyze and document unfamiliar network environments for a wide cross-section of business clients.
• Coordinate equipment installation, service testing, and problem resolution with relevant teams.
• Develop Technical Implementation Plans to identify risks and manage outage windows.
• Deploy and activate network solutions and internet circuits according to established standards.
• Transition completed project work to the support team with comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of Networking and Firewall experience.
• Proficiency with IPv4 protocols, VPN, TCP/IP, and Next Generation Firewalls.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Ruckus, and Extreme products.
• Experience with Visio for network mapping and documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for articulating technical info to non-technical clients.

Nice to have

• Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as N-able or Solarwinds.
