What you will do

• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and recordings for multilingual audio projects.
• Curate high-quality audio data to ensure natural spoken output and accurate linguistic details.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI handling of speech modulation, accents, and real-world noise.
• Assist in the improvement of internal annotation tools for audio workflows.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Kyrgyz, including exposure to diverse accents and regional variations.
• English proficiency (minimum B2) with clear and natural vocal delivery for recording purposes.
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, intonation, and audio quality.
• Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across varying quality and accents.
• Ability to make independent judgments on ambiguous or noisy audio material.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, phonetics, phonology, or speech sciences.
• Professional experience in voice work (voice acting, podcasting, audio production).
• Experience working with speech/audio datasets or AI training data.
• A portfolio featuring voice samples or annotated transcripts.
