What you will do

• Provide labels, annotations, and recordings for multilingual audio clips and speech samples using proprietary software.
• Curate high-quality audio data to ensure natural spoken output and accurate representation of linguistic and prosodic details.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI's ability to handle speech modulation, accent variation, and real-world noise.
• Assist in the improvement of internal annotation tools to optimize audio workflows.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Kazakh with exposure to diverse accents and regional dialects.
• English proficiency (minimum B2) with clear, natural vocal delivery for recording purposes.
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, intonation, and audio quality.
• Ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across varying quality and accents.
• Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and evaluative feedback.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics (phonetics, phonology), speech sciences, or cognitive science.
• Experience working with speech/audio datasets or AI training data.
• Professional experience in voice work, such as voice acting or podcasting.
