What you will do

• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and recordings for multilingual audio clips and speech samples.
• Deliver high-quality curated audio data ensuring accurate linguistic and prosodic details (intonation, rhythm, and accent).
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI handling of speech modulation, accent variation, and real-world noise.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal annotation tools for more efficient audio workflows.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Mongolian including exposure to diverse accents and dialects.
• English: B2 level minimum with clear and natural vocal delivery.
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, pronunciation, and audio quality.
• Proven ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across varying quality and accents.
• Ability to make independent judgments on ambiguous or noisy audio material.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics (phonetics, phonology), speech sciences, or cognitive science.
• Experience working with speech/audio datasets or AI training data.
• Professional experience in voice work, such as voice acting or podcasting.
• Portfolio of voice samples or annotated transcripts demonstrating attention to detail.
