What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and influence product development.

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align data insights with business goals.
• Support decision-making by providing product and user context through data analysis.
• Improve data processes and efficiency, including the development of self-serve tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the campus.
• Proven record of influencing product decisions and contributing to company growth.
• Strong technical foundation in hypothesis-driven problem solving and SQL.
• Experience with R or Python and working with large datasets.
• Experience in a tech company with a web or mobile customer-facing product.
• Proficiency in experimentation, designing analytic events, and data warehousing.
