Senior Technology Designer (ICT)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO; Denver Metro, CO; State of Colorado. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Lead design efforts for IT structured cabling, audio/video, security, and other low-voltage building systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations using engineering software in accordance with code requirements.
• Perform site assessments and develop technical analyses and reports for complex projects.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, communicate technical information, and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and monthly billings (for Project Management path).
• Provide technical training and mentoring to staff while ensuring designs meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 14-18 years of experience in the building design consulting or construction industry.
• Mastery of electrical voltage/current principles, digital/analog signals, and IT networking topologies.
• Proficiency in BIM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (Technical Path) or 25% (Project Management Path).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
