Salary: $180k – $230k + Equity

What you will do

• Evolve and steward the visual identity, including the wordmark, color/type systems, and motion guidelines.
• Own the design and art direction of the company website to improve conversion and brand perception.
• Create high-impact product marketing assets, including feature launches and sales collateral.
• Set the visual standard for multi-channel campaigns, ads, social media, and events.
• Partner with the video team to elevate production and design quality of published content.
• Hire and lead a team of designers and manage external creative agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8+ years of experience in brand and design with senior creative leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building or evolving a recognizable brand at a design-forward company.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment (post-Series A/B).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating superior taste and the ability to operate in a B2B context.
