What you will do

• Lead high-complexity capability building projects focused on sustainability.
• Define business requirements for end-to-end process teams.
• Collaborate with the Process Office and GIM to resolve business challenges.
• Manage small to medium transformation projects and lead change management.
• Conduct SAP solution testing and provide end-user support.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to users.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, processes, systems, and data.
• Proven experience in business transformation initiatives and change management.
• SAP knowledge and experience is mandatory.
• English: C1 level (very good written and verbal command).
• Must be located within the European time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with RDP and RDP reports.
• Knowledge and experience with Jira.
