What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality fullstack web solutions from concept to production.
• Build and maintain the core marketing analytics dashboard.
• Optimize web application performance for speed and data-heavy rendering.
• Collaborate with product managers and customer success teams to scope and build features.
• Drive technical direction and mentor other engineers on the team.
• Create standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries like React.
• Proficiency in API development using REST and GraphQL.
• Strong SQL and BigQuery skills.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and deliver production-ready code.
• Proven interest and ability to mentor other engineers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building design systems.
• Experience with data visualization and optimizing frontends for large datasets.
• Background in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.
