Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) — must work from the hub 3 days a week

What you will do

• Facilitate multi-disciplined pods to deliver features and tools from concept to delivery.
• Lead production, coordination, triage, and release planning for feature teams.
• Implement and iterate on production processes, including retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Partner with Feature Owners, product, art, and senior leadership to manage dependencies and capacity.
• Coach team members and maintain healthy team cultures.
• Monitor project status to ensure on-time delivery to players.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience within development teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience working on large-scale live service games.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Ability to organize complex priorities and facilitate cross-team discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale agile teams or third-party vendors.
• Technical background or experience working with core technical teams.
• Certification as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Passion for gaming.
